We got the #3 pick. Discuss the possibilities.

?

What are you hoping for with this pick?

  1. Draft Scoot and keep him

    27.6%
  2. Draft Miller and keep him

    28.6%
  3. Draft someone else at 3 and keep him (please specify)

    3.1%
  4. Trade down, but still draft in the lottery

    10.2%
  5. Trade the pick for a starting forward

    30.6%

Like I said he's a good prospect. Ant and CJ are also good players overall. But as important as this off-season is, a 6'2" or 6'4" PG is not what this team needs.

    broadly speaking that's true

what is also very true, is that more then length or height or mass, what the Blazers need most is more talent. If Scoot is as talented as his advocates claim, Portland will be better off

I wonder if Scoot is advising Dame on which teams Dame should ask to be traded to when Portland drafts Scoot

    6' 9" wingspan I believe, that's pretty good if accurate, Cam Whitmore's wingspan 6' 8.5"

Well if we go with him I hope that's true and he finds enough playing time. All of the team needs going into this offseason will be no closer to being fixed however.

If we have glaring holes in the starting lineup we aren't in win now mode.

I think that's the point Dame has been trying to make.

We need to fix the roster.

Eh. Where the top of someone’s head is is irrelevant to basketball. Standing reach is what you should really be looking at.

They are having their own negotiations on what it would take for Dame to give up the letter O

I still think the Blazers need to trade the 3rd pick ( Scoot ) cause it does not make sense BUT if they decide to go down this route pairing Dame and Scoot then Cronin will need to show he is a much better GM then he has shown in the past. He will need to reshape this team and bring is much better defenders to account for the smaller back court something NeO and he has not done to this point as the GM for the Blazers. I will not lie that alone outside of the Dame threat to leave scares me the most cause I do not trust Cronin to get things done but I hope he proves me wrong.

Fuck me! If we go into another season starting two guys who should be starting at PG at PG and SG I'm going to be livid. How many times do we have to try this bullshit?

New Orleans needs to attach more. To me, Simons/Nurk/3 for Zion is a massive overpay. I get that we're also getting resources from Orlando, but the Pels are still making out of this with only Zion going out. I want Herb. We have a TPE that matches Herb.

There hasn't been any mention of Dame being at Miller's workout. I think Highkin specifically made sure to mention that Dame was at Scoot's workout.

I'm sorry. They didn't get pictures of them exchanging numbers. I won't believe it.

That's cool and all Joe but please don't talk Dame into another shitty unbalanced roster either. Thanks!

Miller calls PG the GOAT an hour after Kupchak reveals that MJ will have final say in the Hornets pick.
