I don’t know if one is available I don’t have GM connections through out the league nor do I know any GMs personally to reach out and see if they are interested. All I can do is go off is rumors as every other fan. So to be frank I can’t satsof your question, I’m only suggesting what would be ideal and fortunate if it was to come about.
I'm not expecting you to be a GM, but give me an example of a 2G who might conceivably be available who would fit the description of what you think the team needs.
It can also happen in the real world - at least according to the ESPN Trade Machine. FYI: It adds about $4.5 million to our current team salary, which would put us about $7.5 million over the luxury tax threshold. Will it happen? Who knows, but it can. BNM
Avery Bradly is a good example. Does he score in volume as much? No, but he would fit the description of a solid scorer with a very good defensive game.
Trolling? NAH..not me. I try to provide good content and reasonable thought provoking questions. I can’t help that you disagree with my posts. You are the one clinging to my every word and quoting me every chance you get..so who’s the real troll? Good talk.
He's a nice player, but he's only 6'2". Do we want to get shorter at the 2G spot? He only makes $8.8 million, so the Pistons would have to agree to add players to make the numbers work. I guess I really can't see him being a realistic option, but who knows? Someone like that would be a great target for a backup 2G. Why not just work on CJ's defense? Everyone used to rag on Dame for defense, but he's improved dramatically this season. Why can't CJ do the same?
He can improve. Anyone can. I just find it hard to believe that he will to much of higher degree at this point...I can agree with you that it would be the most ideal thing that can come about. We still need good SG depth as well.
The one that might work out (though no idea why WAS would do it) is CJ for Beal, or maybe Covington (PHI) or Smart (BOS) if goodies were involved. Frankly, I see us closer to having an all-white lineup trade than an all-star caliber guard who plays better D coming back for CJ.
In general, I agree, but this @DameLill379 appears to be handling himself quite well. From what I've seen so far, I think he has precisely the right temperament for this board. 4 out of 5, would read again.
