   I wonder if the payouts are down because the ratings continue to drop for WEC? This was a great card, but WEC needs to do a better job of promoting their brand.

   I wonder if it would almost be better to have the top bantamweights and featherweights in the UFC. Maybe make the WEC a "B" league or developmental type league.
