Another two on scenario that fails, as the Texas Jailbird rubs the Yankees noses in pee.

The good old days (last year).....remember all the complaints from the geniuses about the Yankees "relying" too much on the HR?
    Lmao-----> clowns!
This year the Yanks are 13th in the league in HRs.

...I suppose there's a point in there somewhere....not sure who exactly the "geniuses" were...and not sure what last year has to do with tonight's game.

Yankees hitting HRs also not a common occurence.
How rare is it?....Didi has more HRs than the 3b, LF, CF and 1Bman.

...the Yanx were 2-10 with RISP tonight...they scored 9 runs, 1 run on a sac fly, 1 run on an error, and the other 7 runs were via the HR.

...that sounds pretty HR dependent to me.

According to some of the posts in this thread:
●the Yanks are pathetic, (I agree),
●a T-ball team could kick their ass, (I'm not sure about that),
●these guys should be totally ashamed of themselves (I agree),
    ●someone purchasing new Fender equipment
(in the 2nd post of the thread!),
●your post (#14), for the umpteenth time telling everyone the Yanks should trade away the whole team. Yeah, we get it, the Yanks look like shit and have alot of high paid under performing veterans.
    ● a post saying- gotta' love what Plesac said a week or so ago, about those Cubs

And you have the freekin nerve to complain about me pointing out the inconsistency and convenient amnesia of some on this board and the media as it relates to the Yanks hitting HRs last year as compared to this season?

By the way, for what it's worth, I wasn't referring to you as one of "geniuses" who found fault when the Yanks would win a lot of games by hitting HRs....sure of course they struggled when they didn't hit HRs.
WTF were they supposed to do, return the HRs?

The biggest factor last year in the Yanks being 2nd in the league in scoring and an offensive force which helped keep them in the race until mid September was hitting HRs- fourth in the league. And I can remember when it seemed like every other game there was a comment on this board complaining about the Yanks' "HR or nothing offense" ....and in an effort to expose the hypocrisy, I would sarcastically gleefully point out whenever the Bluejays and Astros would win games clubbing HRs.....yet none of the "geniuses" would have sense enough to recognize how silly they sounded.

Now this year the team is pathetic offensively and currently are 13th in the league in HRs yet not once have I seen any mention of the Yanks' poor HR output which -imo- is the biggest reason for them looking pathefic.
Want to disagree, fine with me.

Now tonight the Yankees win in exciting fashion via the HR and I sarcastically harken back to "the good old days" last year when they would hit many more HRs, and "people" would complain about it (lol, believe it or not).......and it went way over your head.
    Lmao....are you serious, or delirious?

    ...BS, stop squirming

...you've once again gone into "damage control" after totally screwing things up and trying to hijack yet another thread by injecting personal disagreements from the past and now are back peddling on what you said by formulating this lame explanation and now retroactively claiming you were only being "sarcastic".

...I asked who you were referring to and you initially replied and asked if I "really want to go there?"... wtf was that supposed to mean?...and I then asked "go where"? and you replied with this garbage?....if I wasn't one of the "geniuses/clowns", who else were you referring to?...again, your lame explanation is total BS and you know it....you were mute while the Yanx were losing and when they came back and won you decided to suddenly pop in and again to do your typical spiel....you constantly try to hijack threads for your own pathetic personal agenda and enjoyment.

... so now, what it boils down to is that once again you're simply "complaining" about other people "complaining"...spiffy.

...and sorry, but there's nothing a lesser mind could post that would go "over my head"...spin again.

Stunning comeback. You don't see many six run ninth innings.
