Congratulations on the win Cowboy fans. Both teams played hard and left it out there on the field. I'm proud of my team, and you guys should be proud of yours. Have fun with this win, because I can't wait to see you guys in Philly, with our TWO starting receivers back in the lineup!

Great game! The last drive disappointed me, and I think the game could have gone either way.

GMJ, sig? You want to join me, Brian?

After seeing the highlights, I'm pissed I had to work tonight. I missed one hell of a game, but hey, the Cowboys won, so that's what matters. 2-0, woot!

What an exciting game, Romo almost gave it away with the hilarious fumble but he stepped up later on at least.

Props to both teams, they should be dangerous as long as they stay healthy.

Lol at DeSean screwing McNabb too...

Wooh! 2-0! Great game though, for sure. Defense did nothing, but I Cowboys just got more fire power and pulled it through, just barley though.

After having some time to think about it (and sober up)... let's look at the defense.

37 points. Subtract 7 because the Romo fumble had nothing to do with the defense. We are down to 30. Subtract another 7 points because of the Romo INT + B.S. Pass Interference call that led them to the 1 yard line, followed by a non holding call on Jenkins on 1st and goal. Its really hard to fault the defense for that. They didn't do anything wrong in that sequence. Granted, they did "give it up"... but there was nothing that could be done.

You are left with 23 points "given" by the defense. Which... to an explosive offense like Philly, aint bad. Its not great... but its ok.

In the second half, we gave up 7 points to Philly.

I'll take that all day; any day.

In the 4th Quarter, when it mattered, we gave up 0 points and IIRC, a net of 43 yards (this is coming from someone else, too lazy to check on it right now)

    All day; any day.

The defense gave up the other "16" in the first half.... bad. (Philly had 30-24 lead at half)

I'd say the defense was solid in the 2nd half, we got pressure when we needed it, and held on.

The Eagles did have a fumble close to the redzone though, IIRC, in the second half. Not saying they are better, just reporting the News. :]

Also true. And you could "subtract" that from their defense since their offense put them in such a terrible position.
