    With this type of big man management I won’t surprised if he develops chronic problems.

    It's not bad to keep moving right after the sprain to keep it from seizing up from cooling down too quickly, but you want to take it easy the next day or three. He'll probably be cycling the entire game.

    We should probably get him some microfracture procedures done on both knees just to be safe
