On draft night it said "shane battier traded to Houston for Drafts rights to Rudy Gay" I know that salaries wouldnt work, I figured when all set and done we would give up Shane and 24th pick(Lowry pick) for Gay and J. Howard....guess it turned out different.

Where? That's amazing, there's actually a college coach on this forum. I always though this forum would be like people from 14 to 20 years of age.</div>That I would like to be kept a secret. (and for the few of you whom I have told, please keep it that way). Lets just say I live somewhere around Pittsburgh and I work for a D1 University. But I am not the head coach. Barely an assistant. I am in charge of individuals. Personal player development. Basically working with players on the team 1 on 1 to improve their fundamentals. I do some scouting as well. And I have done a great job I might say (as we are predicted to win the conference this year.
Houston got a pretty good player in Shane, but hes been a pretty big disapointment on the court if you think about it. Sure hes the guy who will jump on ground for balls and ect ect, but his rookie season he averaged 15ppg 1bpg 1spg, I thought this guy was going to be a superstar in the league and him and Pau we going to dominate, but as Pau got better, it seemed the less and less Shane scored, rebounded etc etc. So when I saw him traded I wasnt mad or anything, history shows hes gets a little worse over years...dont know why, just seems that way. GOOD LUCK HOUSTON!! But being a griz fan, Bonzi is going to whip some booty for yall.
Wells was a surprise, it seemed for a good while that Bonzi was going to end up a Pacer if not a King. It would have been unlikely to forsee Bonzi being in the realm of possibility for Houston in late June.
I know, as soon as I saw :Wells signs with Houston ROCKETS" I was jumpin up and down, I thought he was goin back to Sac for another year.
