Would it help you to tell us some things about your mother? Where was she born and raised? Did she attend college? Hold a job? Tell us about some of the things you and she did together. Had she hobbies? Most importantly, did she like cats?
Condolences! New Chapters and end of suffering! Hope you are doing ok throughout...I lost both my parents long ago and mother's day is always memorial day for me. My mother was my closest family member growing up and we made sure she knew she was loved. At some pt in life we all become the elders.
Hey, Fez, sorry to hear about your mom. Losing your mother is tough whenever it happens. I just lost my 95 yo mom and it hurts even though she was old and ready to go. Hang in there.
You need distractions from sadness, Fez. Stay busy. Keep working. Stay social. Worked for me...not really, but it helped.
