Afflalo - Came in and stunk up the joint. Good riddance. Aldridge - This one is on Neil. The risk was HUGE by letting him go into UFA with the roster not close to contending. Should've dealt him two years ago when he requested a trade.

I understand the financial implications, but I had no idea that Olshey was going to tear the team apart like this. I also don't recall anyone projecting that this was going to happen.

Well, as Sly suggested, you may not have been reading the other threads then. Once it was mentioned that Wes was seeking $15M, and that there was a decent chance someone might give it to him, most assumed he wouldn't be back. As for Rolo, I myself posted more than once that bringing him back at an eight-figure salary would be irresponsible given his role on the team, and several others have said the same. Sure, I would have loved to bring everyone back for another run, but anyone playing attention knew it simply wasn't going to happen. This really isn't a massive shock to anyone but you.
