Calhoun isn't coaching today and apparently is feeling ill, so he went to the hospital for precautionary purposes.

 

I hope he is okay.

 

Can Maryland hang on in the 2nd half for the upset? If so I'm 2-2 in upset picks

working for a living sucks.. I need to get minions to do my bidding.. especially during March Madness

Cal looks like crap so far, I have no clue how they won so many games this year

 

Purdue is up 6 with 3 minutes left...pretty intense game

 

Looks like Purdue is going to squeak out this one out...seems like Northern Iowa are always in close games but can't win them come tourney time.

 

I'm only glad Memphis won. I could care less by how much we win as long as we keep on going. Good win for Calipari's standpoint. The media is going to start saying Memphis is overrated, this and that, and Calipari will use it to fire the troops up.

 

I'd be perfect if i picked Texas A&M. And I have no idea why i didn't.

With the way Memphis played today, they're going to need something to fire up the troops

 

Brockman is an absolute beast, and has made Varnado an non-factor today. Varnado has had to only play 12-15 foul plagued minutes

 

This is probably one of the best offensive outings the Tigers have had all season. We are a pretty bad offensive team. The defense that was supposed to show up didn't at all.

Calipari is probably one of the best motivating coaches in the country. He started doing the same when Memphis barely got past State in the Second Round last year. I'm not worried at all.

 

dang, looks like Marquette may hang on. Almost has the first significant upset of the tourney.

 

I had Utah State winning. I was proved wrong, but not by much.

 

I didn't understand why people were saying Utah State was an easy upset pick everywhere I looked. Marquette lost their best guard but their whole team is guard, so they filled most of the void. Utah State put up hella of a battle and it was a better game than I thought it would be.

 

yow, I'm 25 of 27 so far in my bracket.. got both the upset picks that just happened correct.
got burned by WV, I had them making the sweet 16.

figures, I took 5 mins to fill in my brackets this year so this happens.

Memphis is killing Maryland. According to Vasquez, Memphis would have a loosing record in the ACC. Have any second thoughts?

 

They wouldn't be as successful. Losing record is tough to say.
