And people were saying how unrealistic our mock off season was, ha ha, we got nothing on the real NBA!
Huh? They both need the ball in their hands just like Paul and Westbrook did. I don't see much changing other than I bet Paul has to be pissed.
they were best buddies...what? don't you believe the State Farm commercials? I think it's about 7 in 10 chances this pairing will fail, but I can see ways that Houston can be a real dangerous team; they'll live at the foul line. They sure as hell didn't get more likeable though.
Westbrick is a fantastic player if he's not the one making decisions in the 4th quarter. If he agrees to that, they'll be better. At some point, all of these future picks are going to catch up to Houston...
Westbrook played the last couple of years with Paul George and he still was extremely effective. I don't like Westbrook. But he's not as ball dominant as you guys make him out to be.
if they jack 3's all game they might not get the chance to shoot FTs. I expect a lot of 50 plus three's most nights. Agree that Houston is less likable now.
Not if they keep running the same offense. Westbrook is useless off ball unlike Paul. Two near 40% usage guys on the same team seems like a bad idea, especially when one can’t shoot, and both are mediocre defenders.
I bet Paul is happy. He's likely to be bought out and he can go anywhere he wants. Likely the Clippers or Lakers.
