Love is a lock - obvious choice over Cousins. Dirk is a near lock - certainly will get more votes than Cousins. I think what will probably happen is at least some coaches will forego voting for Paul and Westbrook knowing their injury situations, and send those votes to Parker so they don't have to feel obligated to vote for Duncan in a down year. If anything it will be Cousins vs. Duncan.
Love has even better numbers and his team has a better record. Dirk's team has a much better record and he will get votes just out of habit as a perennial. I do think Cousins could well get in, but it will more likely be instead of Duncan on your list.
There is a lot of people in the west deserving of all star consideration but only 13 will get in Ideally the starters will be Durant Love Griffin Curry Kobe Since Kobe won't play that opens up 9 bench spots. Anthony Davis Boogie Cousins Goran Dragic Lamarcus Aldridge James Harden Damian Lillard Mike Conley Dwight Howard Tony Parker I could see Westbrook get some love but I think it would be a shame if he was taken over Dragic or Conley. My biggest snub is Isiah Thomas.
