    If you listened to that presser you'd realize this picture is when Sean was talking about the literature in some of the Obama and Bush NSC shuffles, and how Trump did not change anything about the NSC other than to include Bannon, and make it so the JCOS dude and the other guy didn't have to come to the NSC if the talk was about non-military issues, but were always welcome to come to the meetings.
