Damn, that was vicious. Heh, I 'm surprised this hasn't come up more often.

Still in this dirty world of politics, it just surprises me a little.

Personally, I really don't care that he did that. To me, that's between him, his wife, and that broad. It won't change my opinion of him, unless he is throwing someone else under the bus for infidelity. In my lifetime, I have watched Congressmen and one President get caught cheating on their spouses. Both liberals and conservatives, multiple times.

It's an inexcusable violation of marriage.

The reason why it hasn't come up often is because John McCain already has talked about it at length, saying it was completely his fault, and he is still friends with his ex-wife.

Another reason is that people know McCain spent 5 1/2 years in hell. He obviously came back fucked up and had to recover, so they give him a pass. It is inexcusable, but that's probably why nobody brings it up.

Yeah that wouldn't affect my vote or anything (I'm going Barry either way), I just mean that I thought certain liberal groups would have brought it up in the media more by now.

Well it would probably backfire on them, since it's a private matter.

They also have no reason to, since they have Barack Obama running.

I mean it's not like Al Gore is running again and he needs to release some dirty information in order to win. [IMG]
