What bothers you when out in public?

I was riding the BART one day, and this pregnant woman was on her cell phone talking really loud, and pacing up and down the train car so that everyone had to hear it. She was screaming to the person on the other end about how "I don't care if I'm pregnant, I'm going out for drinks tonight!!!" Everyone just looked at each other stunned. Some other women made some comment to her as she was getting off the train, and she replied, "I'll let you know if I have it, okay, lol".

I hate it when people say "laugh out loud" instead of just laughing like a normal person.

She laughed, I just abbreviated it. The part about her telling everyone she was going to drink while pregnant didn't make you flinch?

In European countries, pregnant women drink all the time, just not to excess. But there, everyone has wine with dinner every night. In the U.S., if a pregnant woman has wine with dinner, complete strangers will get up and berate her. I'll stop here without going off on a rant.

I hate when girls wear clothing with writing on their boobs/ass and get offended when you read what it says. Its like they wanted the opportunity to get offended in the first place, as some sort of pathetic confidence-booster.

I hate professors that make participitation in tutorials a ridiculously high percentage of the grade. Thanks for subjecting me to a semester full of pretentious blowhards talking out of their ass.

Yeah, that bugs me. Like saying, "Nice tattoo". Or when a girl wear's a shirt that shows a ton of cleavage (possibly with no bra), and they get offending when you take a look. Girls are always talking about and criticising other peoples' personal appearance. They are such hypocrites.
