I have a great respect for VC, he like TMac has greatly matured over time. It's a shame what it's done to him and what he'll never be able to do again though. He's a better player now, in the sense, he won't overexert himself and do things he shouldn't. His knees were destroyed by his monstrous vertical and dunks, hopefully he learnt his lesson and won't be doing things like that nor the Dunk Contest.

The only stat catagory I care about is Winning .. and the Raptors are winning now , and they are accept it or not because of Vince !! .. When he had an off game against the Clipps.. we couldn't win although Jalen put up 26 points .. he's the best crunch time player during this season .. he plays a complete game as of now .. his defence has picked up ( 4 blks & 3 stls vs Blazers ) .. So .. Let's not hate people !

ANYTHING but softness, and a great leader. stepping up and demanding the ball in the clutch (and comming through, remember in atl for one...) the idea of jalen becomming a better leader then vince is laughable...his play has been inconsistant, and hes had more turnovers then field goals made on a few occasions. vince has stepped up this season and proved all the haters wrong. and i think that t-mac proved to everyone this year, that he is anything but immature. oh yea...and LOL at the mod who moved this thread. how dare someone have the nerve to discuss vince carter outside of where it "belongs"
