What do you think all those foreign players in nba?

    If the NBA is to be made up of the best Basketball players in the world, it has to have foreign players. Personally I don't mind where someone is from, as long as they can play. Having foreign players increases the talent level in the NBA, and makes it more marketable and popular worldwide.

    I think international players are a great asset to the NBA. They bring diversity and a whole new style of playing to the court! Everyone has a right to play for the NBA if they have the talent! They make the NBA more exciting!

    who the hell cares if it's diverse? what is this? is the NBA an equal opportunity employer? job discrimination? if you're good you're good. whoever is fit for the job will get it.

    Exacly what i'm thinking, here in Sweden, basketball is not so popular and I think if we had some swedish players, just like we have in the NHL the sport would been alot more popular. the sports news would be showin' a little basketball in their broadcasts instead of 2 minutes of a year. And yes, the NBA is made to be the top league in the WORLD, that's why it's important to have international players. And I would like to see another league be created, something like NBABD (NBA *B* division) like a smaller league for "less skilled" players, so that people still talented AFTER college could earn a living on basketball, and have that as a profession.

    Foreign players in the NBA

    I think the foreign players in the NBA are great the better the players the better the games. [​IMG]

    The influx of foreign players has been wonderful for the NBA.

    Not only is it improving the quality of the league, but it is also bringing a different style of play (and attitude) to the league, which can only be beneficial, both for the NBA and it's fans.
