That doesn't apply to hiring the best available person for a job.

I do not beleive, genetically, women possess any less ability to lead or make snap decisions under pressure. In fact this world may be a more peaceful world if we had more women leaders.

The rape question is interesting but applies to men as well . . . are men willing to be subject to rape if captured? Yuck, I imagine all the terrible things that might happen if captured . . . add one more to the list.

I always laugh every time I see someone say something like this. Women can be some of the most vengeful and vindictive people on the face of the earth. Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned... ever heard that one?

Robin Williams, on what it would be like if we had a woman President: "There'd never be any more wars, but every twenty-eight days there'd be some really intense negotiations...

Women can kill civilians just as efficiently as men can. I see no gender issue. They eat less and weigh less which are assets in troop deployment.

New meaning for the words "fox hole."

I'm inclined to let the military use their best soldiers as they see fit. The only negative is what happens if a woman soldier is captured.

    That is all.

My post came across wrong . . . it was toungue in cheek, just throwing stuff out there. More of a joke than trying to make a point. Just matching your female bitchiness with male testosterone

I know some women can be calculating and manipulative and all that stuff, and probably do it better than most men. After watching mean girls, I was glad I didn't have to deal with being a girl in high school. Same time most of the mass violence I see involves men. Really I'm more a believer in being a product of your environment than it being an X or Y chromosome thing . . . but who knows.

Anyways, response in writing came out different than intended

    Go US Armed Forces! :D

And that's a bad thing when we need to strike the enemy hard?

I have no issue with it at all as long as no one else in America does. What I mean by that is if some enemy captures them and rapes and tortures them, I don't want to hear from the bleeding hearts about how women shouldn't be in battle, forcing our military to compromise itself. They chose to fight for our country, and that means fighting, not just serving

Who or what is more combative than a woman?

Besides, if they want equal rights...... I don't think you should pick and choose when equality applies. It either applies to all things or nothing.

But again.... I ask.... who or what is more combative than a woman (besides a woman on her period)?
