Probably around 6th place in the west but nothing higher yet. In a couple of years, when Rudy Gay develops, they could be 4th in the west or better. What if Kobe left the Lakers and Shaq stayed?

Yeah but most team in the western conference has improved. Denver, New Orleans, Lakers, Portland, Minnesota, Phoenix, Sacramento to name a few.I just don't think Damon would make much of a difference in Memphis. The only key addition they had for the future of the franchise was Rudy Gay IMO.If BBW shut down, I would go on the internet less and I would go back to the old forum I went to before; Hoopshype Forums.
as a side note - this thread went 6 posts without a single one of them being mine

No wonder you're both on my most hated poster list. What if Pau Gasol retired right now and went to Spain?
I would personaly go to Spain and kill him, as a Magic fan Ive been burnt once, I wont let another one go without me doing so.What if Greg Oden becomes the worst bust ever(exceeding Kwame Brown)btw, memphis was ranked 4 in the entire league, 3rd in the West I think behind Dallas and SA. But when Damon went down we lost a ton of games and we never got that position filled again, although Chucky Atkins was very good for us.

If Greg Oden becomes the worse bust, I'll laugh in the face of everyone who claimed that he was going to be the GOAT.What if LeBron James gets injured?
well, if it were a career threatening the league would definetley be hurt, so would the cavaleirs. TV ratings would go down for a while. If it wasn't a huge injury, then he would probably fight through it and be ready to play within the next couple of days. What if the 1992 dream team played against the 1996 dream team?
That'd be impossible, especially seeing how there'd be two MJs playing against eachother...What if men didn't land on the moon in the 1960's?
