True, but fraud criminally is not just cheating at golf, it's business fraud like Trump "University", failing to pay contractors, etc.
Variables variables variables. A white kid in some shithole in Wyoming is counted against thousands of black kids across the country right? Has anyone done a study in every big city court white vs black? I bet it would still favor the white kids but I also bet it would be a lot closer. I'll see if I can find anything on Google.
Found one about Florida. Appears shitty at first glance. Then they finally chose two cases in the same county. Different lawyers........ Wonder how much the lawyer makes a difference? White kid's lawyer probably plays golf with the judge. https://www.google.com/amp/s/mobile...qual-sentences-for-blacks-and-whites.amp.html
When I was working for Boeing in Seattle, I had an accident. We exchanged insurance information and a police officer called me at work. I guess my desk was famous because that's where the mayor of Tuckwilla sat and he frequently got phone calls from the President of Boeing. Anyhow, the officer asked me some questions which out of habit I answered truthfully. After my final statement he informed me that he would be sending me a ticket. I was outraged and got a lawyer. The lawyer said he knew the judge because his wife and him played golf with him. He told me there was nothing I could do but pay the fine. Then he handed me his bill. Talk about adding insult to injury. And I don't think I should have had to pay any fine due to the circumstances. I wonder if the other party knew the officer.
To go along with the rich people do whatever the fuck they want narrative, I recently remember because of the mma post that Jon Jones who is a black mma fighter. One of the greatest of all time despite his controversies. A couple years ago he got in a hit and run incident with a pregnant lady. Broke her arm. Fled the scene, there was weed in is car. Got hit with a felony. No jail time served. I’m sure if that were a much poor and less known person, it would have been jail time. This also occurred in New Mexico where he had trained most of his career and I believe has a house there. It’s all about status and the lawyers you have. If you come to court with nothing, good luck. You’re probably fucked.
He got 18 months probation for it. No jail time. http://www.espn.com/mma/story/_/id/...on-jones-facing-felony-charge-alleged-hit-run UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones has been released on bond after turning himself in to police Monday after a hit-and-run incident he was allegedly involved in a day earlier in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Online police records that included a mug shot but few other details indicated Jones was released. The Albuquerque Police Department had reported Jones to be in custody via Twitter earlier Monday night, and the UFC acknowledged to ESPN that Jones was in custody and that the sanctioning body was "still in the process of gathering facts." Jones is facing a felony charge. Albuquerque police spokesman Tanner Tixier confirmed to ESPN.com that the 25-year-old pregnant woman driving the car Jones allegedly struck in southeastern Albuquerque suffered a broken arm. Anthony Johnson at UFC 187 on May 23 in Las Vegas. The UFC has not announced a change on the card, and representatives for Johnson have told ESPN.com they have not been notified of a change in opponent. UFC released a statement Sunday night that read: "We are aware that the Albuquerque Police Department is interested in speaking to Jon Jones regarding his possible involvement in a motor vehicle accident. We are in the process of gathering facts and will reserve further comment until more information is available." ESPN reached out to Jones' camp for comment Sunday night, but the camp has yet to respond. Jones moved to Albuquerque, the base of his longtime gym, Jackson-Winkeljohn MMA, full time earlier this year. In May 2012, Jones was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after he crashed his Bentley into a telephone pole in Binghamton, New York. Jones pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor DWI charge and avoided jail time. In early December, Jones tested positive for metabolites of cocaine while training for his bout against Daniel Cormier. Jones was allowed to compete because the test was conducted out of competition, and he beat Cormier at UFC 182. When the failed drug test became public, Jones publicly apologized for a "mistake" and spent one day in a drug rehabilitation center before checking himself out. Jones has defended his belt eight times since becoming the youngest champion in UFC history in March 2011. http://www.latimes.com/sports/sportsnow/la-sp-sn-jon-jones-20150929-story.html Ultimate Fighting Championship fighter Jon Jones avoided jail time Tuesday when a New Mexico judge sentenced him to 18 months of supervised probation in connection with a hit-and-run incident earlier this year. As part of a deal with prosecutors, Jones pleaded guilty to one count of leaving the scene of an accident during a hearing before New Mexico District Court Judge Charles W. Brown. The plea deal allows Jones to avoid an official conviction on his record as long as he follows the conditions of the agreement. Jones was accused of fleeing the scene of an April 25 three-vehicle accident in Albuquerque in which a pregnant woman was injured. He was stripped of his light-heavyweight title after the incident, in which drug paraphernalia was found and he was seen grabbing a bundle of cash from his vehicle. UFC President Dana White attended Tuesday's hearing. It's unclear when Jones will fight again. On Saturday in Houston, light-heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier will defend his belt against Alexander Gustafsson. UFC released this statement Tuesday: "The UFC organization is aware that Jon Jones reached a plea agreement with authorities in Albuquerque, New Mexico this morning stemming from charges associated with a motor vehicle accident earlier this year. As a result, UFC, through Las Vegas-based law firm Campbell & Williams, will thoroughly review the agreement before discussing Jones' possible reinstatement to return to competition.
The only reason I got reminded of this case is because of the mcgregor post. I was like oh shit this would be good in dviss thread. I mean it just goes to show that unfortunately a lot of cases are about status and the lawyers you have. This whole “if he was black” shit is just divisive horse shit. Cherry picking cases. Well I just named one and dviss will probably never address it and that’s fine. It’s like when I watched making a murderer. I don’t know if Steven Avery did it but they fucked that kid over. White poor kid, also with a learning disorder. Brendan dassey or whatever. So there are two cases I just threw in if a white kid being thrown in jail for life for some bullshit, basically a forced confession of some shit that didn’t happen and Jon Jones, a very successful black athlete and fighter who got off with only 18 months probation. It all varies. It’s not black or white. Lol at the getting shot comment. Yeah I know right. Obviously.
Logically it goes... 1. Rich and white 2. Rich and not white 3. Poor and white 4. Poor and not white Assuming you get a middle aged white judge that is
Everybody knows black guys get fucked over. I never said they didn't. I'm just not going to accept any example as typical. Especially from Texas.
Here is an article that says black judges get overturned more and at the very end TELLS YOU FUCKING WHY! They say on one hand that Garland would rule on the law and only the law then at the end the Supreme Court isn't diverse enough because they're backgrounds would be different and basically that would make them rule differently. The idea that one's culture or upbringing should change their rulings needs to die quickly. https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.th...udge-effect-race-bias-overturning-court-cases

I'll keep this thread going by myself. Great thread. Kill a guy by throwing a sandbag off an overpass and get therapy! Nice
I worked with a guy at Tektronix who's daughter was murdered by a 15 year old kid. He came to the door with a hockey stick wanting to go play hockey with her brother. The brother wasn't home and neither was anyone else. The murderer was offended by something she said because apparently she didn't like this kid. He beat her to death with his hockey stick. The killer got put in JDH until he turned 18 at which time his record was erased. Talk about injustice.
