I like some of the signings we have made. Love Powell getting locked up. Hate seeing Otto to the Warriors and the Lakers, while older than dirt have gotten some nice pieces.

Surely even Dumb Dumb Neil has something cooking.

    “Look, we tried to….”

Neil will push more excuses for not improving the roster like he has for the past decade.

If CJ isn't traded this off season is worse than 2016. Period.

Look at the roster as it stands

    PG: Dame
    SG: CJ, Simons, McLemore, Elleby
Wing: Roco, Powell, DJJ, Nas, Snell, Brown
    PF: ??
    C: Nurk, Zeller

No way this is a finished roster. A lot of the wings are better fit as SGs. If I didn’t know any better I would think they were setting up a CJ trade.

A 2013 draft class consolidation trade: CJ, Zeller, McLemore & Snell for Giannis.

THen we look at it through Neil's eyes:

    Dame/Ant
    CJ/Ant/McLemore
    Norm/Snell
    Roco/Little
    Nurk/Zeller

    Finished product! There's our 9.

If someone doesn't make a Laker Girls comment here, this place is slipping.

The Lakers don't need that much! Already a contender. Portland isn't a contender; not even close as it now stands. That roster is just bad. Shit Chicago now has more talent than portland.

They made some significant improvements, but that roster is about on par with ours IMO.

    Derozan
    LaVine
    Vucevic

All in the starting lineup. Top 10 offense bottom 20 defense. It almost seems like they're trying to imitate us.

I think the Bulls have the best true PGs in the league now. Lonzo is unselfish and has great great vision and passing and D. Caruso is also very good coming off the bench.

What nice pieces have the Lakers got? Westbrook is a negative, so he doesn't count.

Nobody said they got all-stars, Einstein.

I like what they have added to go with LeBron, Unibrow and Russidulous. I think Malik Monk is a solid addition for the cost and think Ariza helps them. Nunn and Bazemore will help as well. Nice pieces for what they could spend.
