The biggest move Olshey is going to make is Bowel.

    (Did I do that right?)

An efficient 23 & 5 is all-star tier to me. Give him his own team and he's getting 26 & 6 and would be an all-star in the east.

At least, that's how Olshey has to sell it.

I just don't think CJ's value takes that much selling to Morey. CJ is such an obvious fit with Embiid, Harris and all of their wing defenders. They need a lead guard that can get buckets and distribute the ball but the bucket getting part is the biggest deal. When people were talking about Beal being on the market I thought that was a concern because he could be as good of a fit as CJ but Beal isn't going anywhere so... CJ is their guy.

They think Dame is their guy but I think there so many teams out there that would want Dame that Philly would have a really hard time putting together the best package for him. Dame staying and if he didn't Philly not having a chance on him is all Neil needs to sell Morey. CJ for Simmons with Dame staying here is what makes sense and if you're Olshey you say fuck winning the deal and add whatever draft assets necessary to get Simmons here.

No. I think it would have been better if you had said: "The biggest movement Olshey is going to make is Bowel." :)

Yep, all astute points and I agree 100%. Many are posting from Pathos = emotion. I enjoy the Logos = logic posts like this one. Nothing wrong with some Pathos hell I'm a Triple Aries, just balance it out now and then with some Logos.

It doesn’t help when GM’s around the league know that Olshey is desperate. I mean his all world guard basically said put better talent around me or I want out.

He’s shown his hand essentially. He’s going to get pennies on the dollar for what he could’ve gotten a couple years ago for CJ.

Ya know like maybe after that Pelicans series when he could’ve probably traded CJ for a legit star caliber player.

I don’t think they should. They won’t be good, and they just drafted a big in Mobley—I think keeping Love on the roster would be beneficial for him. Love just standing at the 3 will help Mobley just by taking some attention off him.
I also don’t even know if he would sign with us off a buyout. Kevin Love isn’t a HOFer yet. I see him trying to get a second ring with the Lakers if a buyout ever happened.

By the way, something to give Neil credit for: he clearly said “go fuck yourselves” to the Lakers. Why else would they have rushed a Westbrook trade when there’s a chance at Dame?

He wouldn’t get minutes on the Lakers so that wouldn’t improve his HOF chances.

Knowing Olshey has to improve our team doesn't make it so other GMs don't have to give fair value for our assets. It gives the other GMs leverage so that a guy like Olshey can no longer try to get over on them. They just know that we're open for business. The idea that Dame might ask out could however, have these GMs holding out for him. Olshey just has to be firm that if they have a need for a guy like CJ and won't do business with us that they'll never have a chance at Dame.

I have rolled the 20 sided dice, and according to the manual for Ogres & Dunks the roll states that the Trailblazers should acquire Domantas Sabonis, at which point Sabonis will unlock his lineage + modifiers and continue the Sabonis legacy in Portland.

Also @Chris Craig - You were eaten by the Goran Dragic; however your successful roll on your Dwarven talents means he excreted you alive, granting you +2 to fortitude...
