In terms the OP can understand, it's an exercise in statistical masturbation. The sample size and data set is small enough that one draft could radically change the results. Their limited data set shows that the 2nd, 6th, 8th and 12 picks are all relatively poor value, but that's simply due to the small sample size and hit or miss unpredictability of the draft process. It's not an exact science. Too many variables and too few data points to make any sweeping conclusions. Again fun with numbers (yay, the author knows how to use Excel), but no meaningful results.
