Considering the 9/11 plan took 4 years to develop, which has been documented and proven by the terrorists flight history and by seized documents, Bush and his terrorism planners would have been planning 9/11 when he was governor of Texas. But cleary, I'm a blind idiot who doesn't know what I'm talking about. Alright, I have Usama himself admitting to the 9/11 attacks, and I have 19 Al-Qaeda hijackers on my side of the argument. So I want you to find one shred of evidence that the United States was behind the 9/11 attacks.
