Spurs-I think that they definatley need to draft a C. They have 3 of them, but none of them can play on the offensive side. The closest thing is Nazi and the only reason he gets any points is because of offensive rebounds. They could also draft another PF because I personally dont know how good Ian will be when he comes over or if he comes over for that matter. Also getting Scola from Argentina would be nice. That way they wouldnt have to draft a PF. Personally, they dont need to work on a whole lot of positions. Center probably the most though.
Needs for the Wizards: - Aqquire a low-post, offensive-minded, PF/C. Someone like Jamaal Magloire. We dont need a star at this frontline position, just someone who is a legitimate backup PF/C. - Fire Eddie Jordan, pick up Stan Van Gundy. EJ has been horrible coaching in the playoffs, in the 2nd half of Game 4 he didnt even coach, he let the team do whatever they wanted and we won. Thats how bad he is at coaching.- Sign Deshawn Stevenson. I love this kid. He has crazy jumps, polished offensive game, and could be a good player off the bench for us. Either him or Fred Jones, sign them for the MLE. We need depth and scoring off our bench desperately. Other little things: 1. Someone please give Brendan Haywood an offensive game, or I'll punch him in the stomach and kick him in the shins if he takes more fadeaway jumpers. Horrible to watch. 2. Develop Blatche. This kid has some serious potential to be a star in this league, we just have to not waste it like we did with Kwame. I'd like to see more minutes from him next year. Also, someone tell him about the Michael Ruffin weight training program. This kid is thin as a twig, needs to bulk up.

well, obviously the main targets of the celtics are a pg who can push the pace and a good rebounding center. Also, we are looking for Veterans. Scoring off the bench was a concern earlier this year, but Tony Allen and Gerald Green should be able to fill the role nicely, not to mention Al Jefferson.Possible PG targets:-Speedy Claxton-Brevin Knight-Andre Miller-Bobby Jackson-Marcus WilliamsPossible C targets:-Tiago Splitter-Jermaine O'Neal (big question mark of course)-Francisco Elson (nice idea DRob)-Jamaal Magloire (?)
For the Heat, we need a good young defensive minded center to back Shaq up, assuming this is Mourning's last season. (which it most likely is)Then we'll need to go after a backup SG for Wade that can play strong perimiter D.Also, we could use another PG, because Payton will probably be departing as well and he's getting up in age in anyways.
And what's this talk about Brandon Rush being a bust? That's nonsense. You obviously haven't seen this guy. He has an all-around game and he's a leader. And Kareem wasn't a bust. I still think he is a good player. And like Tony said he played well in the Finals.
We need a SG, a PF and a more unselfish PG. For SG I think we should draft Brandon Roy or Ronnie Brewer. We can get Marcus Williams in the draft too if we don't get a SG. But we have options on PG. Either Trade Alston, Pick Marcus or get Dee Brown in the 2nd round. We need a PF too. We should focus on trading Swift, Wesley and Possibly Howard.
The Mavericks need a shooting gaurd that can shoot the ball in the 1st round and spread the defense and a power foward banger that can play defense, rebound, and set screens in the 2nd round.Shooting guard options-Rudy Fernandez,Maurice Ager, Quincy Douby, Guillermo DiazPower Foward options-Brad Buckman, Taj Gray, Paul Davis, J.P. BatistaRe-sign either Josh Powell or Keith Van Horn. I would prefer Powell over Van Horn unless Van Horn signs a very small contract. Re-sign Adrian Griffin or sign Jared Jeffries. Re-sign Jason Terry or try to get Sam Cassell. Re-sign Rawle Marshall if Mavericks can't get Griffin or Jefferies.I wouldn't mind signing Darrell Armstrong to another 1 year contract to play that 3rd point guard. If not, Daniels can play a few minutes there. LineupC-Diop-Dampier-Rookie PF/CF-Dirk-KVH or Powell-Rookie PF/CF-Howard-Stackhouse-Griffin or JefferiesG-Griffin or Jefferies-Daniels-Rookie SGG-Jason Terry or Cassell-Devin Harris- Armstrong or Marquis Daniels

I want a big man like Shelden Williams who can learn from Ben and Sheed.</div>I agree. If we don't do something soon, in a couple years we are screwed for the future.
Rockets needs:-A healthy T-Mac for next year.-Get David Wesley out, add a younger sharpshooter.-See how Bob Sura does in summer leagues, then decide if they need new PG/SG.-Possibly trade draft pick and Howard/Swift for a younger, more reliable, and more physical PF.-Possibly pick up a young center to replace Deke in 2 years.

Draft picks I like but I'd add Daniel Gibson as well if he falls. It's because I think we could slide Terry to the 2 and use Gibson as a combo guard off the bench for us. I think our MLE target should be Jefferies mainly though to play the shooting guard position off Howard. That means no Van Horn and possibly Griff if the MLE is gone. Backup pf can be locked up by resigning Powell and drafting a big in 2nd round.Rawle and DA are two guys that if Mavs want to bring back, should be able to easy. Looking at that, I can't see how we resign Benga and I see him moving on to another team.On topic, we need to add shooting guard with the ability to slash and hit the 3 ball well. Rudy Fernandez seems to fit that bill. Lots of options can happen, will be a interesting offseason for Mavs.

Yeah, I agree about Fernandez; I would love for the Mavs to pick him. He has nice size at 6-6 and from what i've heard about him, he is going to be a great role player. I think he would be the ideal pick.
My team (Toronto) simply needs a leader, and some defensive players. I probably shouldn't say "simply" because those are hard things to come by, but if the Raptors could get a steady locker room presence and a defender, the playoffs couldn't be far behind
Nets:Young back up point gaurd willing to learn from Kidd and capable to take over the franchise once Kidd is gone.Depth on the bench. We need socring comming off the bench to give the starters some rest without worrying about the other team catching up.Our starting five is awesome, no need to change.
