    I think that the overall talent pool in a sport tends to get stronger over time, for the reason you mentioned: the population increases faster than roster spots in professional sports leagues do. But I agree that a lot of the greatest players from past eras would do just fine today given the same benefit from technological and knowledge innovations.

    IMO Most likely candidates on our team:

    1. Nurk (MIP - I'm with Dviss on this train!)
    2. Hark (played well with Nurk last season and might be even better with a full season)
    3. Vonleh (contract year and will have competition from Swan and Collins)
    4. Swan (had an awesome SL and hoping it'll extend to the regular season as he becomes part of the regular rotation)
