He's interested in whatever market will make him the most money. But Fulham's fanbase is in SW London and they would riot if the club moved North.
Don't know if you heard or not but on Primetime yesterday Isaac announced that Quick would be back on the show weekly soon. Thought you should know.
I heard a rumor that Paul's sister Jody will be at the game tonight. Blazer fans need to show her what Rip City is all about, convince her to keep the team and continue Paul's legacy.
She is selling the Seahawks even though her *own son* works in their front office. Sentimentality is not her strong suit.
Honestly, the only way I'd remain a fan of the team if it were moved out of Portland would be if they relocated somewhere outside of North America - with UK and Japan being my preferred destinations.
Having left PDX 12 yrs ago, I think I'd follow em wherever they went. Would be pissed cuz it won't be my "hometown" team anymore, but regardless, I wouldn't be able to follow any other team.
In the unlikely event they are ever moved, I can't imagine ever rooting for them in whatever shithole city they'd end up in. Seattle is the only non-shithole I can think of, and then they'd be the Sonics rather than the Blazers. I could NEVER root for a team from a shithole like OKC, and that's likely the sort of place we'd end up.
If the NBA leaves Portland that would be it for me. Even if they came back later. I'd just go back to watching baseball again.
