The panthers have had a history of taking 1st round defensive players, so i think DT is our weakest postion unless Will Withespoon leaves.

LT Travelle Wharton looked good agaisnt seymour so i think that carolina wont try and get one.

hold on, Ginn hasn't proven he is worthy of an all american? 4 punt returnes for touchdowns.... and idc what you say about johnson, he is a great wide out, but Tressel doesnt know how to use Ginn, so I believe Ginn is the best, but the coach doesnt know how to use him.... and yes, i am a fan of THE Ohio State university, but im not saying it b/c of that

Yes you are entitled to your opinion but it is the wrong one. Calvin Johnson is the top rated WR of all sophmores. Ginn has only proven to be a special teams returner. Thanks for making my point. I guess if I had an all american team I'd take Ginn as a return man but not a pure WR. Calvin Johnson is got the size speed jumping abilty. He runs crisp routes. Doesn't drop to many balls. Ginn is still learning. If you rate Ginn ahead of Johnson (with all do respect) you are not a good scout of talent. Ginn was recruited as a Cornerback but switched back to WR. The coach using him properly is a sad excuse. Ginn made some drops this from what I have seen. 2 screens against Texas to be specific. He's got the speed of return man but right now NFL comparsion Teddy Ginn is the next Daunte Hall. Calvin Johnson reminds me of TO without the attitude. Who's the better Wideout there. Johnson as sophmore is probably the best WR in the nation.

    Ekkkkkkkk

Leak at #2. When your that small you won't go high in the draft. Now granted maybe he will be good but the only way he'll go in the draft high is if he grows a couple of inches and stays another year. I no he's probably your fav QB but his size is to small for him to be a top prospect.

    Right now.

    1. Matt Leinart USC Sr.
    2. Omar Jacobs Bowling Green Jr.
    3. Vince Young Texas Jr.
    4. Jay Cutler Vanderbilt Sr.
    5. Reggie McNeil Texas A&M Sr.

Note: Not saying your wrong but I've been doing this since I was like 10 so and I follow the draft year round.

    Notables:
    Chris Leak Florida Jr.
    Charlie Whitehurst Clemson Sr.

omar jacobs almost had 6 ints in that boise state game. And Chris Leak has hit all of his throws, and he faces 20 times better defense than omar jacobs does

    Thank You!!

Who's the defenses that Florida has played. Kentucky and Louisana Tech.

Besides Tennessee Leak hasn't face any good defenses. Jacobs torched a very good Badger defense on the road. Jacobs also has size, speed, arm strength etc. He's the better PRO PROSPECT.

Again I beg to differ. Vince Young is better as well and I have a hunch he'll stay for some reason. Leak is good in college but not an NFL Prospect.

I talked to a Vikings scout (who I'd like to keep anonymous) the other day, he said they are looking heavily into Linebackers, Safeties, and Running backs.

I would kill for a solid RB, someone like a Maroney. We seem to have a glut of linebackers who all fall into that 'mediocre' category, although they are getting better. And as far as safeties are concerned, we could definitely use a talented safety.

But first and foremost, it would be great to get a back that can carry the ball 20-30 times a game and pick up consistent yardage.

Here are the teams that i think are gonna get a QB next year
    1. Cardinals- if JJ gets on track, the only thing they need is a good QB
    2. Bears- with Orton struggling and Grossman cant stay on the field they have to go with a QB.
    3. Ravens-They have lots of good weapons on offense but no one to run it.
    4. Browns- maybe looking if Dilfer doesnt work out, Frye needs a little more time
    5. Lions- Harrington hasnt worked out, and any rookie will love all the options he has

BF1 sorry for the double post, but i gotta keep this thread alive

add the Jets to that list. Pennington isn't a long term answer no more in my opinion. He's almost 30!

yea the way things are going for Pennington the Jets need a QB, but also what about a RB for the Jets, unfortunatly Curtis Martin seems to be finally slowing down, party cause of the offensive line and the lack of passing but still hes not doing too great. And i dont think Derrick Blaylock is a starting RB anywhere.
