There is really nothing you can do. If all you are worried about is the guy taking a bat to your car, that is what insurnace is for. Is there some strange paranoia bug that is infecting posters here . . . kind of like the injury bug that is seems to have latched onto the Blazers.
Just saw this...I had some tool take my pic after he'd been an asshole and I told him so..he never showed up at my house (that I know of).
Sounds like he was an asshole and violated some traffic laws. Nothing he can do to you legally. There was a time a few years ago when home addresses were posted for each Oregon plate but they took it down real fast. Of course... there are a lot of people who still have access to that data... if you know someone that works in AR (collections) you can get a lot of info. =) I have had that happen a few times too... I am sure everyone has. I broke my habbit of getting pissed off about traffic when once in a rage I flipped off and cursed as someone and then a second later realized it was someone I worked with and his entire family was in the vehicle. Man did I feel like crap. I am a lot more laid back now.
