What team from the East is going to suprise next season.

I would say Billups would fit about any system in the NBA...He's so versatile. He can sit in a halfcourt offense and do his thing, and then he's pretty scary in transition too. That's why I rate him over Nash, but maybe cause Im a Lakers fan.
