Shawne Williams, a 21 year old man isn't going to get quicker....unless he loses weight which he can't do. NBA players don't get faster unless they loose weight.

Shawne Williams isn't going to get faster....most NBA players are as fast as they will ever be, there is little room for improvement...
IMO, theres programs out there that can build your legs to be faster. Hes very skinny for his size, so its really just a lack of muscle...which you need to be fast...but as you pointed out, too much can make you slow.
BCB, are you saying that it's impossible to get faster without losing weight? I definitely disagree. There are plenty of things you can do to improve your footwork and foot speed.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>I've probably never seen Pop's play because he pretty much doesn't play....no need to get personal with your other comments.</div>If you never seen him play, then you have no right to say he won't be good/doesn't have any potential.Heres my pick:Marcus Vinicius- He's a great offensive player, has a lot of offensive moves in his arsenal. Vini's all-around offensive game is so smooth, he can pass, dribble, shoot, post up, play multiple positions. He doesn't play any defense though, he might be one of the worst defensive players in the league. He's not doing anything right now, but if he can scrap up some playing time he could be a solid player in the future.

Guy's big and he can score.

Hes not even mentioned in the nba rookie rankings, http://www.nba.com/rookies/rankings.html, and he played like crap in the rookie-soph game. (then again, so did brandon roy...)

He is a solid point guard, unselfish, improved his jumpshot alot over the off-season, great play maker, excellent leaping ability, and he is only 20 or 21 years old. Farmar will be starting over Smush(if we resign him) next year.

Joey Graham has an NBA ready game IMO. Very very strong body. Average shot, he just needs to work on his post game. He could play downlow if he wants too, he has that strength. He does need to work his quickness however.
