Thanks to this trade all we have is LA for a big until Camby is healthy. Wallace has to be a starter right now! When Camby comes back then it's up to Nate if he benches Batum or Wallace. We have had many different lineups the last couple years so I am not worried about disrupting anything.

    Hello darkness, my old friend
    Miller (35) / Roy (13)
    Matthews (33) / Fernandez (15)
    Wallace (7) / Batum (32) / Roy (9)
    Aldridge (20) / Wallace (28)
    Camby (33) / Aldridge (15)

That's my now oft-posted desired rotation. Wallace starts, because there's no way a veteran of his distinction doesn't start, but I think most of his minutes (and I have him down for a very healthy 35) come in the front court, alongside either Aldridge or Camby. It's the best way to keep our most talented players on the court as much as possible, IMO.

    For tonight:

    PG Miller / Patty
    SG Roy
    SF Matthews
    PF Batum
    C Aldridge

Pray for no foul trouble tonight!!! Going to be tough game.

    I could also see tonight:

    PG Mills / Armon
    SG Miller / Roy
    SF WM / Rudy
    PF Batum / WM
    C Aldridge / Batum

No, I just don't see him starting in front of any of the others I listed. Possibly ahead of WM at SF? But doubtful.

Everyone is going to have to play bigger tonight and guard bigger tonight. It could be ugly.

Rudy will definitely play more than Armon or Mills, IMO. He certainly should.

The topic is not who starts, but what is our new rotation. I don't care if he starts or not. And I doubt he does either. He will get his minutes. But when Camby comes back, which will be soon, what is our new rotation? Who starts the second qtr?

You guys like Rudy as the back up PG? I hate it

It seems to make more sense to put Miller at PG and start Rudy at SG based off your projected lineup IMO.

The PG through SF doesn't really matter tonight - we have plenty of these players. Its the biggs that are a mess. Only Aldridge, Babbitt and Batum over 6' 8".

This post still makes the most sense to me. I see a lot of teams starting out in a zone against us if Dre, Wes, Wallace, Camby and LMA start. I think either Camby or Wallace comes off the bench.

Ya, just imagine if something happen to LA what our lineup would look like. That's scary! And we can't play him 48 mins a game so we are going to go real small at times. We best sign some big soon.

Nate said he invisions Wallace coming off the bench at the beginning. Although I'm assuming he'll start if Marcus doesn't play.
