What would you consider to be a disappointing season this year?

I bet Kwame will still complain the way he did in Washington. So just substitute Gilbert Arenas with Kobe Bryant. The guy is running out of excuses. It begins with his work ethic, his attitude, and focussing on what's important and not all the drama. Jermaine O'neil is a similar body type, but mentally he's way more focussed and has desire to go far in his career and for his team. Meanwhile, Kwame's attitude, desire and work ethic has always been suspect. He's still a decent big, but he was a #1 overall pick. That kind of stigma about him will never go away, until he lives up to the hype and starts proving he does care.
