    Just talked to my friend who owns Kenton Station bar and restaurant over in North Portland. Said this past weekend was amazing with NASCAR in town. Great "Pre Covid" vibes he said.

    Enjoyed a great meal outside last night at Grassa…. Then we all walked up to Providence Park for my daughter’s graduation. About 20 of us. Beautiful night out .

    So she's saying it doesn't have a vin and basically doesn't run...Why should she be allowed to get away with something that I can't?

    If I parked an abandoned car in my neighborhood, with no title, no vin, no plates and doesn't run, it's gonna get towed eventually.
