It's the RC time constant of a resistor in series with a capacitor. For capacitors that are fully charged, the RC time constant is the amount of time it takes for a capacitor to discharge to 63% of its fully charged voltage. τ is pronounced tah but spelled out as tau. One of natures constants and a pretty poor shooting percentage for the Blazers. You've got to be an off your rocker engineer to notice something like that. Either sly or hcp could have just ended all of this by just saying straight up, “listen dude, we know it wasn't you. Now will you lighten up?” but they wont.
