We just need two other scorin options other than Vince, Murray and Davis need to step up, period.

It's nice to see you Shape it's been a while. Leadership is a concept that I don't think many people understand and yet almost anyone can spot its absence. I love Vince and what he brings to the floor but I agree that he is not a leader. Antonio also is a great force to have on your side but he's always seemed like a high profile role player in how he presents himself. I really don't know enough about Avery Johnson to comment but from his stats I'd question his ability to make a difference. Someone like Steve Nash has the ability to contribute to the box score and lead at the same time. The Mavs hurt when he's not playing. People are questioning the assertion that leadership is a quality missing from the Raptors and that all we need is another scorer and while I think that would help without leadership all it would do is turn the Raptors into the Clippers. ultimately the Raptors are far from ideal at the moment and yet the two main things that I feel are missing are leadership and scoring... in that order.
