When it comes to traveling, What's your preferred destination?

Yeah, our schedule last time was drink until 6am, sleep until 3pm, repeat x 5 days in a row. Will probably not do that this time but my cousin I go with is a big drinker/partier too

 

I prefer to take a shuttle vs a cab from the airport. Again, I'm cheap

 

I generally like Delta airlines. I used to fly them a bit. Deltalina......

 

I fucking hate renting cars. Such a hassle. I like going places where I don't need to rent a car

I have been to Taiwan , Japan, Hawaii (oahu, Maui and big island) California, Vegas, Washington, Phoenix, Dallas, Mexico (Cancun, Tijuana, Puerto Vallarta and Cabo) Italy (Rome and Siena) Canada ( Montreal, Vancouver and Victoria) I think that's all. Out of all the places I've been to I think I like Hawaii (big island) the best. Haven't made it to Kauai yet. as you probably know though it's very expensive though. My wife is from Taiwan and we have family there so we try to go for Chinese New Year.

 

My wife is Taiwanese also..went last year for Chinese NY with our son..who was born on the Big Island in Hilo.

Yep, very nice. My wife is from Taichung.

 

I lived for a year in Taichung on the campus...before I met my wife..my band was the house band at Merlins nightclub...that was in the 80s...

 

Do you speak Mandarin or Taiwanese at all?

 

Very nice! Maybe we passed by each other. I was there last year also during that time. The night markets are really cool. Can't stand the stinky tofu smell though. As far as speaking Mandarin, I speak a little. How about you?

 

My favorite trips are to go anywhere the Blazers are. I use Priceline to book a "vacation package." You can find the cheapest combo of air and hotel fare.

All of that said, I'm anxious to go to Hawaii...

 

Speaking of traveling......taking Mrs. The HCP to Kauai for allstar break in February. Can't wait!

 

If you have never been to the big island of Hawaii you got to go! So much to do, It's amazing!! Not to mention the weather can drastically change from one end of the island to the next.
