Wouldn't be opposed. Though what did you expect with the unfucking cronin has done.

Wouldn't mind seeing a complete overhaul of coach/GM/owner but that's asking for too much and it's not realistic so quickly, so whatever happens happens and we get a lottery pick lol.

I just don't see any way that we have a new owner/GM/coach before Dame is washed.

Blazers have set up a nice guy system. GM is nice to Billups. Then Billups is nice to players. And team reporters are nice to the GM and Billups. Blazers can lose big like tonight, and everyone is still smiling for the cameras.

Probably Sheed's one game in Atlanta? I'll have to look.

    Yup.

I think Chauncey should be moved from coaching to the front office as Joe's assistant but I know they won't do that because they're still paying Stotts millions this season not to coach...they don't want to pay two guys back to back not to coach. Moving Chauncey to the front office like Brad Stevens did in Boston he'd still have a job, just a different one. Find the best defensive minded coach available as soon as possible. Don't know who that is but there has to be a defensive coordinator working for a top 5 defensive team out there. I'd consider Mark Jackson even at this point...he jumpstarted the Warrior dynasty and had them playing defense before Kerr got there. I can't stand him as a commentator but folks say he's a great coach

Chauncey wouldn't be GM...he'd be an assistant on Joe's staff....keeps Dame happy and makes room for a playoff ready coach. It's a way to not buy him out but re-assign him within the organization..it's a demotion from head coaching but makes him an apprentice which is where he's at at this point in his career. That tweet was pretty funny though!

Could Nick Nurse be on the hot seat? Another name and it might be a longshot, but how about Steve Kerr? If Golden State doesn’t do too well in the playoffs this season might they look elsewhere? Pretty much all coaches will wear out their welcome at some point.

The Kerr name sort of reminds me of the fans that think MVP candidate Joel Embiid is going to ask out.

nah...Doc Rivers would be the reason Embiid asks out and especially if Harden leaves for Houston which is rumored. If Philly doesn't win soon players will bail. Happened with the Nets...who'd have thought Harden, KD and Kyrie would all ask out when they should've won a chip together? That's no more far fetched than a star wanting to play with Dame in his prime. Nobody thought Brad Stevens would give up coaching in Boston and move to the front office either. Pat Riley did the same thing back in the day.

Sheed averaged 20ppg and 5bpg under Stotts. Crazy huh.

That's expecting a lot. They're closer to retooling than a full-scale nuclear option. Blazers fans seem to be banking on this as a thing that will probably happen. Dame has also been rumored to leave—that didn't happen either.

You said a lot. Some of which I agree with. I'm not sure any of it provided a strong case for your original stance. We need a little more than the dreaded "eye-test" which we all seem to think our eye test is superior to everyone elses.
