St. John's University! I'm a New Yorker and will always be. Playing at MSG on the regular really sends goose bumps down your skin. The World's Most Famous Arena will be my home for a possible 4 years and I will gladly take it. I love the Red Storm too. I hope to be one some day. But, it will be a really hard task. I don't know if I'll be recruited...

I would go to Temple great basketball program. They have produced some of the top NBA players/sixer players. two of which are on the current roster Marc Jackson and Aaron Mckie. Plus I could stay close to home. If I had football hopes though I would go to the university of Miami.

The closest schools around me are Pittsburgh and Penn State so if I don't get any recruits, Penn State would be my choice because of the lower level of play. But if I was good, my top 5 picks would be:

    1. Duke
    2. North Carolina
    3. Georgia Tech
    4. UCONN
    5. Kansas

Georgetown. Ewing, Zo, Mutombo, Iverson, Sweetney, Jahidi White, Harrington, Junkyard dog. A lot of big men but I'd choose G'Town.

That all depends on what kind of college atmosphere you are looking for, rural or urban?

Wake Forest for me, I have heard nothing but good things about the school and the people. A close friend of mine went there and was full of high praise about the place. He was actually a big reason why I got into college basketball and I have started rooting for them ever since they had Josh Howard.

Well I am at Wake Forest. And as a basketball fan its awesome. Over 50% of our student body goes to basketball games. I am by no means a basketball player (short, slow, and thick may work in wrestling and football but not in b-ball), but I would say that our basketball team is very good and would definitely be worth a look for a promising NBA player. From what I can tell our coach Skip Prosser is a really nice guy, at least from a regular student's perspective, and I have never heard any of our players compare being at Wake Forest to being in jail (like a certain bball player at another school in NC [IMG] [IMG] )

I'd go to UF, because I'm there now and it's balanced in basketball and football. It is one of the best all around sports schools and it's based on academics too.

Finally someone who mentioned Wake Forest. I wouldn't mind going there myself. How come no mention of UCLA? Nice neighbourhood and place down in LA. Plus the team's never been the best but good enough. I wouldn't mind being a Bruin if I could be just like Baron.

Better yet; just for kicks. I wonder what its like down in Marquette where Wade went to for College. Probably good people over there too; 'cuz he came out a true class act. Hopefully I would too.
