<div class="quote_poster">AirJordan Wrote</div><div class="quote_post">Hey if you like a lot of international players on one team then go with the Toronto Raptors. The city is multicultural and so is the team. We have Jose Calderon and Jorge Garbajosa from Spain, Andrea Bargnani from Italy, Rasho Nesteravic from Serbia I believe and Anthony Parker played over-seas most of his career for an Isreali team I think. We also have a strong fan base, seeing as how we are the only team in Canada. You have a whole country rooting with you and if you read any NBA.com articles online you know how passionate the fans are. The team just came out of losing seasons to make the playoffs with a bright group that is sure to continue to improve. So if you are going for a winning team also, this is another bonus. The Raptors are 3rd in the East and I expect them to remain around that numbre for years to come.</div> Chicago is just as multicutural Gordon - England Deng - Sudan Kryhpa - Ukraine Andriviswiesdjkfwelkrj'wejsklf - Lithuania Nocioni - Argentina Sefolosha - Switzerland Anyway I have never understood why people want to follow more than one team. Sure I like other teams and if Chicago is not playing or out of the playoffs I will hope they win, but I am true blue Chicago all the way.

I go for the Carlton Blues through and through, no matter what. But the NBA is a different story, because I have no hometown team to cheer for or anything. So its harder for me to stick to one team.

The Lakers probably has the biggest fan base. They have been known in the past to crowd the Oakland/Oracle Arena when their team comes up north. Boston usually has several die-hards that show up to the Oakland Arena as well. I am just guessing that is a good way to judge which teams have the biggest fan bases around the NBA. As far as loyal fans, I think there are many teams who can say they have loyal fans. Sacramento may not have the most fans, but they are pretty loyal. But if I had a guess, I'd say the Lakers have the biggest fan base - which I think may even be evident even more by the present nba.com pole where most people have voted that the LA/Phoenix series will be most intriguing (granted that was only from the Western Conference).
