Unless the award is rigged, or LeBron becomes the Big O overnight, Kobe is gonna win the MVP again next yr. We have the greatest leader in the league, the ultimate winner, the ultimate warrior, Mr. Kobe Bean Bryant. Numero Dos Cuatro.

Phil Jackson. The Zen Master. The Great General. Even he will have the eye of a hungry champion wanting to be fed. Boston Globe, sorry, Doc does not even come close to the Master at coaching.

LA's future: Farmar, Ariza, BYNUM (future top center in the league)
    Boston's future: “““?

As KG says, "Five is a brotherhood." The Lakers identify with this as good as any other team in the league. Our Band of Brothers will not let the city of LA down next year.

So here's to next year. Here's to a future 70-win season. We may not hold the championship gold, but this young team has learned an important lesson from a couple of veterans that call themselves the Boston Three Party. Next year, the students will surpass their teachers. Next year, the rest of the league, BEWARE.</div>

LA's future: Farmar,Ariza, Bynum .......... and Vujacic, Turiaf, Walton.
    Boston's future: Rondo, Powe, Perkins

But clearly the Celts are not focusing long term as they traded away plenty of youth, they are focusing this year and the next 2-3 years.

How has no one made a joke about this yet?

For the first time, I'm ashamed as a Laker fan that no one said anything about that, Run.
