I dislike Devean George,Anthony Johnson,Wally Szczerbiak and Latrell Sprewell.Devean George because of the way he looks and how little he plays, just something about him.Anthony Johnson cause I feel he receives too much praise and there are better players that could be in the league instead of him.Wally Szczerbiak because hes WAY overrated and looks like a liability when he does anything but shoot.Latrell Sprewell because apparently 8 figures isnt enough to feed his children. Also because he thinks he doesnt need to do as much as he can to help his team win because theyve supposedly done nothing for him. Finally a general thing that I dislike is the way guys always try and do something after they dunk to attract more attention.

Like it was said before hate is such a strong word, but there are a couple of players I do dislike. Kobe always got me, Tim Duncan may be good, but just boring. In fact, I`m not a big fan of anyone on the Spurs. Shaq is cool and brings some what of a comedic side to the NBA but I think some of us have to admit that you have to hate the guy once in a while.

I really don?t get ur problem with kobe!!!Is it because the rape thing???cause on the court he does everything for the team.I personally don?t like Dirk though i?m from germany. He?s presented as a hero and as if the whole dallas team would just consists of him.
I dislike Devean George and Vlade because the are not really a help for their team.

I've started to have a disliking towards Latrell Sprewell. Yeah, he's on my favorite team, but he is really starting to piss me off. His inconsistent play is killing me. At times, he shows that he is revived and playing like he wants to win, going for 20+ on some nights. The next, he'll go for 6 and play like he doesn't want to go anywhere this season. Another thing is his selfishness. Ten mill a year can't feed his family? Come on. You can feed the neighborhood, Spree. Your hear to play basketball. Play because you have a passion for the game, don't play because of the money.

    I dislike:
    Kobe
Fransico Nelson - last year in the playoffs against Twolves he was a jack**s and elbowing people.
Last years Nuggets team- bunch of kids talking trash
Brad Miller - thinks hes so hard with his stupid little headband
Mike Bibby - <strike>looks like hes on kemo</strike>, and the way he acts.

I dislike Bryant, Iverson - in my mind they are selfish 1on1 players who are totally overrated! I don't like players who are hyped up (like Kobe and Iverson are) - I disliked Jordan for the same reason and I dislike LeBron too! Games are won by hustle plays and with a big heart, not by a whining superstar, who keeps the ball in his hands in final second to get to the news as a hero who saved the game!

A hater's thread! Yeah! Well, I hate (dislike, don't care for) Kobe, Shaq, Carter, Melo, and Mutumbo. Kobe, where do I start? He's arrogant, a ball hog, Jordan wanna-be (although who isn't?), possibly a rapist (I don't care if the charges were dropped, remember OJ), and he pretty much destroyed his team even though I hated the Lakers when they were winning (I'm a Spurs fan, what do you expect?). Shaq is the most over-rated player ever (take away 5 inches, 100 pounds and the favor of the refs and he's NOTHING) and don't get me started with his "acting" and "musical" careers. Then there was that STUPID childish campaign he led against Big Dave trying to show the world that he wasn't such a nice guy. Give me a break. Carter is a punk who can dunk and only has a good shooting night when he decides to play hard. Melo is also a punk who will probably work his way to Artest status soon (does anyone else find it nauseating seeing him in the Jordan commercials? Maybe Mike's exploring the comedic realm.) Mutumbo is an old joke that wasn't even funny in the first place. He really needs to retire already before he hurts himself trying to hurt someone else. Oh and a hate out to Mr. 0.4 seconds where ever he's gone. That's it. I'm out.

not trying to anything playa... but what!? That's like saying if you took away Lebron james' courtvision and athleticism and Iverson's quickness, they'll be nothing in this league.

No not quite. Mine were physical attributes, your's are TALENTS, something that Shaq sorely lacks.

There's a difference between disliking someone and being flat out jealous.

The Shaq thing (Take away this, and that) that's a lot to take away. You know what, hge has those things. I can make a case for anyone. Michael Jordan take away his rings, and no one would say he's thebest. Reggie is the Best shooter of all time, but he'll never get that recognition because bird has three rings. Shaq has what he has, he's dominant. He plays, he's not a crybaby, he contradicts himself sometimes (Talking about players focusing on and1 and flashy stuff and not learning fundamentals when he can't cross anyone and he's only attempted four lang range shot in his career), but everywhere he goes, that team is succesful, i do agree he's no where near as dominant as Wilt was (Because Wilt is the G.O.A.T.) but he's a lost commodity, name one center that can own him...................................................

    I'm waiting......................................

    Nothing? That's what I thought.

I concur with you about the Acting and "Rapping", but whatever. As long as he doesn't quit his day job.

Other guy. Don't ever talk about Dimkembe like that ever again. Mutombo is by far the nicest player with the most heart. Do you know how much he gives without anbything being expected, he may be past his prime, but he can still help you out. I would've said this had he played for Philly or not. There's some things that make you sound like you don't know what your talking about, that's one of 'em.

People hating on LeBron, I tried to hate on him too, and look at me know, i own LeBrons one and two, am planing to get a Cavs jersey (even though i've always liked the cavs for some reason), and when a Cavs game is on i won't turn off the channel. I don't care about his age or how much he's getting paid. (true) Basketball players are artists, and the court is their canvas, and i love LeBrons paintings.

Carter. Back in Toronto yeah, but Carter just wants a contender. You know what, I hated Corey Dillon, i thought he was an underachieving winer. Now, I completely respect Dillon, and I'm an Eagle fan, he's the only Pat that doesn't get on my nerves (now that my boy Troy Brown is an FA). Some players need a ring, they get mad when they don't have one. Now the Nets will definately win a Championship in the next 5 years (When they're in Brooklyn, i'll be a full fleged fan). Look at Vince, do you see how many J's he's hitting? he's become a team player that can throw it down, that's a strength.

As for Artest, anyone who hates on him is either an ignorant fool that barely knows about the NBA and comments on a man they saw on NBC news or ESPN. Artest is a good person who's made mistakes, I can relate to him (Never went into stands, but i can't say much less) If you get something thrown at you, it's a punch to your man hood, any man with pride and corage would've done what he did. I don't care how much $$$ you throw at someone, you can't change what a man is. Artest grew up in Queens Bridge, New york. It's no San Antonio, Canada, or aUstrailia people, it's rough, never been, but i've heard. I've lived in L.A., and i live in Philly, two places with bad reputations, and i wouldn't be happy if i had to go to QB. I lived next street to University in Riverside California, walked the streets, saw Crips meeting up in the Laundrymat, saw Bloods meeting up in the Thunderbird Lodge, i wasn't scared. You put me in the nicest part of Queens, i'd be anxious. There's a saying "you can take me out of the hood, but you can't take the hood out of me", it's true. What sets Artest apart from say Spree, is that Artest cares, he plays hard every night. He gives to the community, he apologized endlesly for something that I wouldn't have, and Spree keeps bitching while doing less and less.

I hope you enjoyed my novel.

Ok, first off, I'm NOT AT ALL jealous of Shaq. I know I'll never be any type of baller, and even though I really enjoy the sport, it's not my true passion in life. Second, your whole "take away Jordan's rings" argument is totally off the point. Jordan EARNED his rings by being the greatest player to ever play the game (Wilt was awesome, way better than Shaq but GOAT is reserved for MJ). Shaq didn't earn his height or size or even the favor of the refs; those were all things he has been GIVEN. I'm not saying he's a horrible player; I'm saying there are much better ones out there, but not in the center position. Third, Mutumbo being the nicest player, ha! Wasn't he the one that had LeBron wearing a mask for a while? And finally, Artest, he didn't act like a man by running into the stands like an idiot. He acted like a spoiled 8 year old brat who had a cup thrown at him. A CUP! It wasn't like someone pulled a gun on him or insulted his family or even threw something at him that would have caused him serious injury. A person that dumb with that kind of temper wouldn't last 5 minutes in a rough neighborhood (Queens, LA, Philly, take your pick). A real man would have remembered that he was getting paid millions of dollars to play a GAME for millions of adoring fans who looked up to him and would have taken that mild insult with GRACE and DIGNITY. He's supposed to be a PROFESSIONAL for Pete's sake. I'm sorry, but there's no beating the obvious.
