I do not speak Arabic and probably won't read the Koran since I'm not that religous but I know many Muslims and none of them seem to want to cut anyone's heads off or wish for anyone to burn in hell or whatever.
Islam makes the most sense to me, but that's not to say that the other religions don't make sense to me or whatever.The thing is that a lot of people only have a broad, general (and sometimes biased) knowledge of certain religions, therefore the religion they follow (or followed) will more than likely make the most sense to them since the have been following it (or followed it) for most of their lives. I doubt anybody here, including myself, has taken the time to actually sit down and read the religious teachings/books of every religion thoroughly enough to make a very informed judgement.
