In the Houston game the shot showed us what Dame could do, cool as a cucumber.
OKC game he came out got 50 points and told the world that he was going to win the game. At 50 points and over 50% from the field and the 3 with a win. This is the game that elevated him from borderline superstardom to bonafide superstardom and the world took notice.
Either is a good pick but the OKC game is the one that put us back on the map and solidified Dame's legacy

I've got to agree that the Houston shot was bigger but it's fading.

The Houston series was so back and forth and so much real tension built up. Every game was exhilarating to watch. LMA's first two games were some of the best performances I've seen outside of Lillard's game 5 vs OKC and B-Roy's comeback vs. Dallas. If we lost that game six, we would've been in deep trouble. The hate vs Harden, Beverly, Parsons, and Dwight were pretty bad back then as well, but I also liked that there wasn't necessarily bad-blood. Most of the drama was from the court. At the end of that game, there was so much anger from that out-of-bounds call on Dame, and then our frustration from letting Parsons getting an easy rebound/layup for the seemingly game-winner. As the ultimate 180 of emotions, Dame's shot was the perfect climax to an amazing series and I've never felt that way watching sports before or after. I'd say the level of difficulty was probably greater, too. Running catch and shoot with Parsons chasing him with essentially no time to turn and look at the rim. I think the crowd went a bit crazier that time too.

Houston shot seems bigger because it was the first one but I like the second one better because of the team identity when he made it. It's a new start...not a team Dame joined but a team that was built around him.....the last shot was "his" biggest moment as the face of the franchise because he no longer shares that title with.....y'know.

Vote count 29 all ……...I choose OKC cause Paul George represented the repulsive Thunder team . Dame dominated them and served them a punch in the gonads too.

What are the repercussions of a miss?

Much worse if the shot is missed against Houston. Therefore to me, the make is bigger.

I'm of the opposite opinion. The most recent shot didn't really matter as much since it would have just been overtime, but he nailed it anyway. The first one was a prayer, the second was a cold calculated dagger.

How 'cold a dagger' a shot is seems a bit less cold when there is no chance that a miss leads to anything bad. Not taking anything away from the shot...it was incredible. But if he missed, so what? Game continues, at home, with their 2 best players with 5 fouls.

Well they could've got ran out of the building in OT, but we’ll never know.

I still kind of say that for me it sort of depends on what they do after. They take another round come out looking more fresh from having almost a week off, then thats huge. After that shot vs Houston they went out and got pretty much wrecked by SAS.

I say the “magic” of the moment for the Houston shot was crazier. I mean I lost my mind that night. For the franchise though that performance, that shot, if it leads to more success in the playoffs this year, I think it becomes the “bigger” shot.
