Queen has a chance to be a star. Can't say the same for so many others.

Queen cannot move at an NBA level. I'm not saying at an elite NBA level, I'm saying the dude can't move at a basic NBA level. Clingan and Edey tested out as being far more athletic than this dude. Faster, quicker and with more bounce and they also both have a lot more length.

I'll be upset if it's Queen because the dude would be a change up from Clingan that is even less switchable on defense and more ground bound.

    That is a HUGE concern.

You add KD to our current roster and we are battling for the #1 spot next season!

What? I have shared on here a few times and nobody has replied. I heard he completely shit the bed at the combines…..he was like HORRIBLE! Did I hear wrong. They said he couldn’t do any of the drills and measured horribly. You guys hear different?

This is what I’m talking about. People are saying he will be a “star”?

That's an objective fact. That dude can't move at an NBA level. I've heard he's worked out a little better because he has some nifty moves in his bag but if they're coming at you in slo-mo then that's probably not going to have you in the league too long unless it's as a third string big.

Yeah, I just don't get any talk of this dude being a star.

There have been many players who didn't perform well at the combine and gone on to have a great career. This is obvious to anyone who knows the NBA.

I can understand your concerns. He's not a perfect prospect but the guy has incredible footwork, passing and IQ. If they believe they can help him get better defensively and add a three point shot, I have no problem with it.

Have there been any players that tested the absolute worst though??? Has there ever been a guy who tested as the least athletic guy at the combine... who wasn't over 7 feet tall that has ever been a key contributor to winning in the league? I don't know for sure but just doing a quick look through the last 20 years the answer is no.

As far as watching his HIGHLIGHTS goes... even in those he looks slow, he got his stats playing old man ball in college. I don't know how in the world that will translate to the NBA. Just because the dude's feet move in effective ways doesn't mean a lot when they move so slowly.

All of that said I don't know more than the experts at ESPN and in this deep draft they have him 14th on their big board so I must be missing something. It's just everything inside of me is screaming that this dude will not get a second contract in the league. I don't know him or have anything against him, so I hope I'm wrong and you're right and I wish him all the best... especially if we pick him.

Yeah, that's what Phoenix thought when they traded so much to get him. And he was still a youngster at 34 and had Booker.
    Now he is 37.

This is what happens when you repeatedly mow over the neighbors cannabis plants and inhale the 'dust'.

Not sure about #1 but he if healthy no doubt would compliment the players we now have. He's going to make Houston a contender in my mind. The only thing that could curtail his career is his achilles. But like Lebron when he was that age, skill wise and energy, he's got it.

I like Queen just not for the Blazers BUT if for some crazy reason they took him and said it before an Ayton trade must be on Cronin's desk and just needs to be signed off on cause Queen with Ayton still on team would make ZERO sense. -- period
