I'll be there. I had tickets for Game 5 against the Thunder, the shot and the wave, and was out of town. Gave my tickets to my daughters. They had a life experience. Happy for them, but wow, can't believe I missed it. Go Blazers!
Reminds me of the year the Timbers won the championship and the first game was against Sporting KC and it went to a shootout which was very gut wrenching but we prevailed. Unfortunately I let two of my kids have the tickets for their birthdays and my wife and I watched at home.
I was on Ticketmaster and a ticket popped up in row k-fucking-k, 9 rows from the floor, at an angle to the basket, for $160. Seats in that area are going for $350-$400. So I immediately jumped on it within the first minute. The fucking Ticketmaster site wouldn't load for me, just put me in an endless loop, and someone else got it. I'm too depressed to keep looking. I'll be watching from home.
We decided to make game 3 a family get together, so were at my parents office until the kids have go go night night.
Son has a tennis tournament tomorrow and did not want to be out late. Missing game 4 for his soccer game.
well your depression motivated me to get a decent seat. Never been to a game by myself but I’m too fucking hyped for this game
