<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Vintage:</div><div class="quote_post">Its too bad that MJ retired. I would have loved to see Houston go against the Bulls(with MJ). That would have been one helluva finals.</div>

I think everyone would have loved to see a finals between those two teams. I really think Houston would have given the Bulls a run for their money in that series.

I really don't know who would have the championship. That is probably one of the greatest potential series that never happened.

Top three are 84-85 Bulls, 90-91 Bulls, and 95-96 Bulls.

The first one had the most exciting installment of Money, where he played like he had springs on his feet. The team overall was lousy, but the play of one guy made it worthwhile.

The '91 squad(Michael, Scottie, Ho Grant, Cartwright, Pax, B.J., Craig Hodges, Stacey King, Will Perdue, Darrell Walker, Scot Williams to name a few) had roughly the same guys as the next two teams, but played with an unbridled hunger to win. They way they tore through every team they played in the playoffs(lost once each to Barkley's Sixers and Magic's Lakers to go 15-2) was very fun to watch as well as fulfilling.

As for that last team I listed, Vintage and Nets covered it for me.

Vintage, I think that series you were talking about is where my favorite Scottie Pippen quote came from, when he said "The Mailman doesn't deliver on Sundays." (this after he shut down Malone on a Sunday) Classy trash talking at its best.

    2003-04 Minnesota Timberwolves.

Best season shaping up for Garnett, best collection of players, best team chemistry.

The mid-80's Celtics are definitely my favorite team of all time, followed by the Miami Heat.

    1985-86 Boston Celtics

In my opinion, the Celtics had one of the deepest/strongest front courts in NBA history.

    Larry Bird
    Kevin McHale
    Robert Parish
    Dennis Johnson
    Danny Ainge
    Scott Wedman
    Bill Walton
    Jerry Sichting
    David Thirdkill
    Sam Vincent
    Sly Williams
    Rick Carlisle
    Greg Kite

Definately the Bulls squad that went 72-10. They had so much depth on that team, it's unreal.
