CJ improved ...but I think the leap was further for Vonleh once Nurk came and he could play in position...CJ improves every season...Pat improved a lot too..Layman not so much

CJ. became a much better overall player. I could be wrong but he has the instinct and reflexes to get a lot of steals. Pat really worked on his ball handling. Here, a guy who couldn't even use his left hand in college. Vonleh put the most together from a defensive stand point. So If say CJ and Vonleh.

Pat was far and away the best cheerleader on the bench.

Another encouraging sign: CJ said that he had to get better this offseason.

Probably CJ not only bcause of hi numbers on offense, but his defense improved substntialy also. (I would like to see BNM,s numbers on defense for CJ as well).

His off season improvement reminds me of Wes Matthews. Wes always seemed to work on the right things over the summer and always improved his weaknesses and added new elements to his game each off season.

C.J. is a really smart guy and a student of the game. He watches a lot of film, breaks it down and learns from it. I have no doubt he will continue to improve.

CJ and Vonleh. One took another jump and the other showed he could at least be a rotational player.
