No. Actually it's been done by three other players. Nate Thurmond, Alvin Robertson, and David Robinson. It's quite possible that Russell and Chamberlain (and maybe others) had a number of quadruple doubles in the 60s, as well.

Olajuwon does stand out in that he actually had two of them. Due to a scorer's error, he was robbed of an assist in one game. A couple of weeks later, though, he did it again and was officially given the quadruple double.
