I'm not sure what podcast I was listening to today, been a long day, but Lillard was brought up and the two hosts mentioned the fact they thought Lillard may be the physically strongest PG in the league. Watching Lillard he sure looks like he could be the strongest.

Mentally, idk about physically. He's definitely a tough kid. And I will always lean towards health over skill, in these kind of "debates". How many more examples do Blazer fans need before we are on the same page there? BRoy, Oden...

Taking injuries out of the equation, I'd rather have Curry....barely. That being said, you can't do that, so Sub Zero

really? for me, it's a no brainer (if injuries aren't an issue) to take Curry. I do agree with the latter part of your comment, however, it's close.

I'm not sure you understand the meaning of that word. Because it's not literally what you said.

If healthy (or health wasn't an issue) I said I'd take Curry as a no brainer. You said you'd take him, barely, over Lillard. I'd take Curry injury free and not even think twice. To me, what you said isn't the same.

very comparable, but as of right now Curry is better. He's a couple years older and having an amazing season. Of course I'm thrilled to have Damian on the team. Baring injury, he should have the best career of any Blazer PG ever. Injuries do happen though, and everyone pointing to Curry's previous ankle issues ought to recall that DL did break his foot not so long ago

I agree with this. I think Lillard is a better all-around player.

Lillard on Golden State beats San Antonio last night.

    I pick Lillard.

Lillard is yoked from the training regimen he goes through. I think he's definitely one of the top 3 strongest PG's in the league.

Curry is clearly the superior offensive talent (and it's not close) but has injury concerns and is possibly the worst defender in the league. Lillard's not great, but Brandon Jennings isn't going to score 50+ on him.

Put it this way: as long as Aldridge is a Blazer, Lillard can be no better than second-best on the team. Curry is clearly the Warriors' star, and was last year when they made some noise in the playoffs.

I'd take Tony Parker over either of them, or at least a young Tony Parker. But I don't like Curry (he's a nice guy and all but he just rubs me wrong, what with the pointing to the sky business) so of the two I'm happy with Lillard.

since what I said wasn't really arguing against what he said, and he replied with saying it was "literally" the same thing (which it isn't), I'm not sure how your comment is in tune with it. but whatever, it's Friday.

You know you're in a good place personnel-wise when any trade you want involves a time machine or alternate realities.
